We want every member to feel completely confident in their decision. Our refund policy is straightforward and member-friendly.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your programme within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund. No questions asked. Just write to refunds@fitnourish.in with your enrolment details.
After the first 30 days, we offer pro-rated refunds for unused programme time, calculated on a daily basis. We deduct the value of consultations and resources already used.
Email refunds@fitnourish.in with your name, registered email and reason for the request. We acknowledge within 24 hours and process most refunds within 7 business days.
You may cancel your programme at any time through your member dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.
Need a break? You may pause your programme for up to 60 days for medical reasons, travel or personal circumstances. Just let your dietitian know.
Diagnostic tests, lab work and any third-party supplements ordered through partners are billed by the provider and follow their refund terms.
If you are not happy with our refund decision, you may escalate to our member care lead at care@fitnourish.in for a senior review.
