FitNourish takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it and how we keep it safe.
We collect personal information you provide during sign-up and consultations - name, contact details, age, lifestyle data, medical history, lab reports and dietary preferences. We also collect technical data like browser type and device information for site performance.
Your information is used solely to design your personalised diet plan, communicate with you about your programme, and improve our services. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Health information is treated with strict confidentiality. Only your assigned dietitian and supervising clinician may access it. All staff sign confidentiality agreements.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Health records are stored on access-controlled servers in India.
You may request a copy of your data, ask for correction, or request deletion at any time by writing to privacy@fitnourish.in. We will respond within 30 days.
We use a small number of cookies to remember your session, measure site performance and personalise your experience. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.
We use trusted vendors for video calls, payments, hosting and analytics. Each is vetted for compliance with Indian privacy law (DPDPA 2023).
We may update this policy as we improve our services. Material changes will be notified via email and a banner on the site.
